I have had the same problem earlier this month and have talked to someone through the phone - yes, a real person. However, I was advised that PayPal was having some technical problems. I asked when it would be "fixed". I got no date. I think we are in no mans land on this and no help is on the horizon. What a way to run a company. Sure isn't user friendly the way it was!. I've tried a few negative ratings on surveys but got no response. I think a call or many calls on this through the contact us numbers would get them off dead center. Good luck!
