I fully understand how frustrating the position you are currently in must be. We do have alternative ways in which you can try to get your bank account removed from your PayPal account.
What you would need to do is to fax us a copy of your bank account statement with a valid photo id and we should be able to reset the bank account for you.
If you include a blank page as the first page outlining your name, email address, phone number and also a description advising that your bank is registered to an old PayPal account, we should then be able to get the bank removed from the old account for you. You can then fax the information to us on 08707 303 190 and we can try to assist you further with getting your bank account removed.
