I have been trying to add my bank account to my paypal account and I got the message to say that it was already registered with another paypal account. I have managed to established that it was registered with an old paypal account that has been closed for some time. But when I rang Paypal customer services they asked for my old university address and I have no record of it. The help line inform me that without the address i cannot do anything. I have no way of getting the address - all avenues (pardon the pun) have been exhausted. Any ideas?
