I've recently received two emails from Paypal about a chargeback from a customer. The 2nd email states that they need more information from me and if I don't respond, the case will be closed against me. The BIG problem is that neither the email or the Resolution Center tells me what information they need! At the bottom is tells me to submit tracking information HOWEVER, Paypal already has that information and tracking shows the package was delivered 3 days ago. When I go to the resolution center, there is NOTHING explaining what is needed. This is extremely stupid, especially since I have yet to find out how to contact Paypal on this situation. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO????
