Daughter won a phone on ebay described as New, other. Seller said on the listing it was brand new, only taken out of the box to test it. When it arrived the security seal had be restuck to the phone, it had hair and bits stuck to it. The phone had browsing history of social network usage and emails, some explicit, already on it. Daughter decided that it couldn't be new and asked the seller for her money back. Seller refused but admitted that they should have wiped it first! Paypal dispute opened as not as described, escalated, paypal decided in favour of the seller. This is completely unjust. Can you appeal the outcome of this dispute?
