Hello Bindu, Thank you for the reply. The nuance here is that although I'm (attempting to) link a USD currency account, it is, in fact, done through a Canadian Bank. It's only a USD account within my Canadian banking profile. So, I haven't been able to surmise what the restriction is. I should be able to link it to PayPal, since I'm transacting from a Canadian Bank.
