Well, to bring my story full circle, even though PayPal sided with the piece of crap buyer and told him to ship my item back to me, he never did. After a little over a week, PayPal closed the claim and removed the negative balance from my account. I just hope PayPal uses this as a PRIME EXAMPLE as to why they need to stop thinking that sellers are scammers and buyers can do no wrong.   ... View more

Hi edoring,   When the buyer neglected to provide the required information in the correct timeframe, they missed out on PayPal's Purchase  Protection. The buyer would not be able to file another PayPal claim on that transaction.   A buyer who uses a credit card does still have chargeback rights. The credit card issuer will make a determination based on their own criteria. We will supply all of our collected information in response to the claim. If the credit card issuer finds in favor of the buyer, loss could still occur. Most credit card issuers require some effort to return the item.   I hope this helps!   Olivia ... View more
