I printed a label this morning and then realized the buyer bought 2 of them in separate bids and paid both right away. I want to void the first label and then create a new one with a conbined weight of both. But the void label link goes to a page (when that works) that does not find the shipping information. Yet if I wait longer than 24 hours, I cannot do it. Does anyone know how long it normally takes for the Paypal Shipping Management screen to recognize the Tracking number so I can work with it? There is no use offering a 24 hour reprint/void window if it takes longer than that to get the information into the system. Fab

YOu should be able to, but it does not work. I tried voiding a shipping label so I could reprint it with a new weight. This can be done if withing 24 hours of shipping. But, everytime since I created the label I clicked on the reprint/void link in the shipping payment details, but it never finds the shipping information that Paypal has generated! If I can's get it done by tonite, I am basically **bleep**ed. Paypal is not offering much help either with their Virtual Assistant.
