Hi, I have sold something through ebay and the customer is saying that they are unable to pay through Paypal because Paypal is saying that they do not recognise my paypal address, this is very strange considering we have sold over 20 items this month and all the buyers have paid through Paypal. Now the buyer is saying they do not want to pay for the item. My questions is what can I do as a seller about this? Any feedback would be much appreciated. Cheers.
