Just to be on the safe side and see if your buyer has a point can you do the following. Go to ebay and do a pretend sell > go only as far as you need to go to be able to scroll down to the payments section > look in the paypal box > is the email addy in there correct with no spelling mistakes? If all ok then your buyer does not want to pay and you need to start the unpaid item process on ebay to get your final value fee credit and the buyer a strike for non payment.
