Multiple purchase postage charges????

I am using a flat rate shipping cost per item, however no matter how many items are purchased the postage rate remains the same?   How do I set the postage charge per item? I cant see this anywhere.   The price range postage guide is no use to me   Any help would be great,   Thanks ... View more
