I recently sold a dress for £145 , when the buyer received the dress she Claims the stitching has come apart and there is a mark. I knw this to be false as I checked the dress before listing. I believe that this item has been damaged deliberately due to the buyer changing her mind on receiving the dress. The buyer has opened a dispute , as I have stated that I would not refund her and I have already spent the funds. The dress was described used and 3 images were uploaded to show the dress. The buyers adamant that the dress was in poor condition. I am currentlywaiting for this to be resolved. Do I have a leg to stand on ? X
