Hi Chenry01,   Kernowlass is right is saying that PayPal can’t take funds from your current account unless you authorise us to do so. When your account was negative -£145.00GBP, did you buy anything through your PayPal account? If you did, you would have gotten a message advising you that in order to process the payment, you would need to recover your negative balance in conjunction with the payment.   Please repost and let us know if this is the case.   Thanks, Maria ... 50/50 really, the buyer has to prove the item was misdescribed and if your photos on your listing were really good the claim may be found in your favour.   However if not the buyer has to send the item back to you at their own expense and paypal can only make you refund their original payment.     They also have to send it back trackable, when buyers realise this then often they don't bother to return the item and the claim is denied. ...
