Hello. I am trying to sell a book I wrote. I know EXACLTY how much it will cost to ship that book to other people in CANADA -  to people living in the U.S.A. - and to everyone living somewhere else. ['International'] There are only THREE different shipping rates. [$4 to Canada - $6 to U.S.A - $9.75 to everywhere else] How to I set my up my account to reflect that fact when someone clicks on the 'Buy NOW' button?  This should be really simple.
