hi, i ordered at vision pros last week.i even recieved their email saying its fully paid with the reciept.But i havent recieved any email regarding the shipping of the product.so i tried contacting them and definately no response.So when i came ot paypal i say order paid aswel. so how can i actually cancel this transaction and get a refund on my card trhough paypal.
