from what I have heard,a paypal buyer can leave his shipping address blank,say if he uses his account to make payment for services,not products. and there is nothing for the service provider to ship. But with GSP,sellers need to ship to GSP,erlanger ,Kentucy t o get seller protection,so it really does not matter if buyer provideds a blank address or real address,seller would not need it anyway. Question comes when buyer files item not received with with Paypal,ebay seller should do some research and understand how GSP works .
