If I understand correctly, it sounds like you are trying to unlink your eBay account from an old PayPal account so it can be linked to a new PayPal account?
If you still have access to the email address on the old PayPal account, I recommend reseting the password. You can then log in and unlink your eBay account or close the account.
If you don't remember the email address on the old account, we may be able to locate your account using other information. Instructions for that process here: I forgot my email address
If neither of those options work, you'll probably need to contact Customer Service for assistance.
