Part of that is due to changing USPS service suspensions to Australia: https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/international/welcome.htm   For the longest time, Express was the only option.  May be that *Station hasn't updated their options, now that First Class airmail "seems" to be working.  We shipped one item to Aus a while back after waiting several months for First Class service to resume.  Customer didn't want to pay the extra $$$ for Express, which would have been 3 times the cost of the item. ... I tried to use SS the other day and it would never load.  Funny thing is that even Paypal support seems to have taken to shoveling all support questions to ShipStation support.  Even if the question has nothing to do with printing a shipping label.  I've gone so far as to add a statement in a support request that this issue has nothing to do with shipping or ShipStation and I still get told to contact ShipStation support.   Me: "Text on Paypal generated packing slips is so tiny. It appears to be around a 6 pt. font. Any reason why the microscopic font is being used? Packing slips used to print in a normal sized font a few weeks ago."   PP: "Hello and thank you for contacting PayPal. My name is ---- and I am happy to assist you. I am sorry for the issues you are having with the size of the font on shipping labels. When you print a shipping label using ShipStation you should be able to increase the size of the label in the edit function on your printer. For the best assistance with any issues using ShipStation please visit the ShipStation Help Center by clicking the question mark at the top-right corner of the PayPal|ShipStation page."   Me: "I'm referring to the Packing slip, not Shipping Label!"   PP: "This conversation has been closed."   ... I see this on the right hand side on the Pirate Station Settings tab (web version if that makes a difference):   Account Settings Update your login, password, and email notification settings General Settings Adjust label settings, export file formats, and address correction Integrations Connect ecommerce platforms and synchronize orders Payment Method Choose how you'll pay for the postage Saved Packages Create and modify your most commonly shipped packages Ship From Addresses Set your physical and return addresses Tracking Emails Create shipment notification emails to send to your recipients I've not found anything like this on ShipStation. ... Go to Settings / Tracking e-mails.  You can set up custom e-mails with the tracking info (default) along with a custom message.  Not as nice as the old PP shipping where you could all that unique to each shipment on the fly.  Now you need to have a boat load of custom e-mails set up before hand and then pick the right one for each shipment.  We have many separate products, sometimes ordered in combinations, so this may get messy in the future, as we put links to installation notes in the ordered items in that e-mail. ... In the transaction details page, where the "Print Shipping Label" link is, click on the "Add tracking info" link, paste in the tracking number and change the shipper to USPS.  I also print a copy of the PS shipping receipt page on the back side of my copy of the transaction packing slip along with saving the e-mailed copy of that along with the transaction e-mail.  ... I've filed half a dozen issues with ShipStation.  What a joke!  They seem to have no clue about shipping, everything seems to be a surprise.  For example, I can't set a shipping zip code different than my return address.  I can't set a shipping date other that today.  When I don't do these things, my local post office yells at me because USPS  policy is that on-line shipping labels have the zip code and date reflecting where and when they'll be shipped.  I can't ship international via USPS flat rate.  ShipStation says, just use the "custom" option, which is ship by weight/destination.  That will typically cost more in postage than our merchandise sells for and that we've already collected from the buyer.  Can't really go back to the buyer and tell them to cough up $50 more for shipping.  I can't ship to Puerto Rico, because that "state" code is not in their drop down menu.  I can't add a message to the buyer with the shipment.  We usually send a link to the product information in that message as a courtesy.  ... No "Print packing slip" link in transaction detail...

Starting last night, I was getting new transactions that lacked the Print Packing Slip link in the Transaction Details page.  On some of them, the link came back in a few hours.  But this morning, new transactions as well as the older transactions are missing that Print Packing Slip link.  This is a big hassle as I have to manually create packing slips by copy/pasting information from the transaction page into a form to print out.  Is this a known issue? ...
