good news I think! Received an email from paypal today who have concluded their investigation and decided in my favour, now just gotta wait 5-7 days for the refund to be credited to my account. Hopefully this will happen with no complications and my case will be then be closed. Thank you Paypal and Good Luck to Essexman - hope your case gets resolved soon as well!

The order is contained in a 7"x 9" padded envelope and is very light weight, any idea how much it will cost to return these items via tracked postage / signed for on delivery back to pandora in hong kong? Also, any chance they will be made to pay the additional cost for returning the items as its their fault I am having to do so? I've never had to do anything like this before and in future I will make sure that any company I deal with online is genuinely uk based!

I ordered some pandora charms and 2 packaging sets [for my twin nieces for xmas] from beads pandora UK on 14/12/11 and paid an extra £12 for express delivery. They finally arrived on 20/1/12 from Hong Kong but the items sent were not what I had ordered. I've opened a dispute with paypal and have asked for advice as to when and how to return the whole order because I want a full refund. I have 2 very disappointed little girls and I am extremely unhappy with the service of beads pandora UK. The dispute has been showing 'waiting sellers response' for days, how long do you think it will take to get my money back because I need to reorder these charms [from somewhere else!] asap.
