Thanks for your response...I was curious because I am a new ebayer. I've only purchase about 20 items so far and noticed that almost all of the ebay sellers are shipping their items to me within 2-3 days...WHICH is AWESOME. But the second thing I won on the 28th says it hasn't even been shipped. So tomorrow will make it 9 days and he hasn't shipped yet. I left him an email asking him VERY politely if he knew when I could expect that he would ship it...He hasn't responded...Nowwhat????? I don't want to harass him..So I will not. Well sorry to nudge in here, but couldn't help notice your question..I am a new ebayer BUT I heard in another discussion forum that you can request that ebay remove this negative feedback exspecially if you tell them you ofeered a refund on his money.
