I have a prepaid Green Dot card that I have been using to pay for items on Ebay. I prefer NOT to link my savings account to Pay Pal, nor will I. I recieved an email from Paylpal that I must link my bank account or my purchases will be limited, basically I won't be able to buy anything. If that happens, I'll take my business elsewhere! Why can't I continue paying with my prepaid card?
