I often buy coupons on eBay pay through PayPal immediately knowing they will be mailed to me usually within 24 hours. Recently I bought a coupon, paid through Paypal and 48 hours later it was listed as unclaimed. The sale I wanted to apply the coupon to was ending so I cancelled the payment. I thought the seller had abandoned the sale. I received an email from the seller saying that they were new to Ebay & Paypal and thought that the payment took a few days to clear. I paid again. 24 hours later the payment is still listed as unclaimed. So the seller & I are playing cat & mouse. I have less to lose so I'll wait & see what happens but in the past my payments have always cleared immediately and shipment has always been timely. Does the seller need to claim the payment or is there something wrong with my account that I need to address.
