They have deleted 2 of my posts. Let's see if I can avoid the censors on this one... This is harsh eBay's feedback system works. This system does not. If you side with the buyer's on every transaction, the system does not work, because it opens sellers up to fraud Have been selling for over 20 years and using this company's service for the same amount of time. I will not sell anymore on 3bay, until this ends.

Pee Pee deleted my last post. It is absolutely harsh. The bay's system is based on feedback. It worked. If you side with the buyer on EVERY transaction, it leaves the system ripe to buyer fraud and the system fails. Have been selling on the bay and Pee Pee for over 20 years - I will not sell on the bay ever again if they are going to police every transaction and always side with potentially scammers.

It is absolutely harsh. There are enough scammy buyers out there now that are abusing the new system. The feedback system is there for a reason - it works/worked. If you side with the buyers on EVERY transaction and PayPal holds the funds, it leaves the system ripe for buyer fraud and the system fails. I have been selling on eBay and using PayPal for over 20 years - I won't sell on eBay if PayPal is going to decide to police my funds.

I was able to fix this problem by using Chrome, instead of Firefox and turning off my VPN. I am not sure which one fixed the problem. It looks like they want to track you.

I am having this problem again. Now I have $447.52 in my account and PayPal will not allow me to withdraw funds through the mail or add a bank account. I get the same error as the original post.

I think you have to setup a PayPal cash account my clicking "Accept the money," "Keep it in PayPal" and giving them your social security # and other info. There was recent change a few months back PayPal sent out notices on, due to a required Federal change.

My PayPal account in the USA. I have $255.27 in my account. When I try to withdraw the funds, I get the error, "Sorry — your last action could not be completed If you were making a purchase or sending money, we recommend that you check both your PayPal account and your email for a transaction confirmation after 30 minutes. If you came to this page from another website, please return to that site (don't use your browser's Back button) and restart your activity. If you came from PayPal's website, click the PayPal logo in the upper-left corner to return to our home page and restart your activity. You might have to log in again." I called PayPal and they could not access my account and to wait 3 days. It has been 3 days and I still have the same problem. How do I withdraw my money from my account?
