It is not just a few withdrawals or random, it is 100% of withdrawals that are held back for " review", this is just not right and needs to be sorted out soon as possible.Saying " the system" is a poor excuse, if it doesnt work, change the **bleep** system !!. From my experience, you cannot get the funds released until he leaves you feedback, you can ask him if he would do this and explain why. Paypal will blame their system and say nothing can be done. ... View more
