Problems Withdrawing Money. (Constant Paypal Issue...

Hello;   I've been having constant Paypal troubles ever since I signed up all those years ago. The problem that I am facing today and for the last week at least is a very very frustrating problem and I cannot even explain why it does this, so I'll try and explain it.   Basically I want to with draw x amount of money to my bank account; so once I have logged in I will follow this procedure;   I click on 'Withdraw' and are then greeted with the sort code and account number questions.  - I fill in my sort code  - I fill in my account number  - I press then (Add Bank Account..) There is no other option for 'enter/proceed'   I am then greeted with another page which asks me for my full card number.  - I enter my full card number, and again I press continue.   Once that happens I am then greeted with another webpage with the following error on it;   "Sorry, an error occured after you clicked the last link.   If you were in the process of buying something, or sending money to family or friends, we recommend you check both your PayPal account and your email inbox for a transaction confirmation after 30 minutes. If you came to this page from another website, you may want to return to that site (we advise that you don't just use your browser's back button) and restart your activity. If you stumbled upon this page from the PayPal website, simply click the PayPal logo in the top left corner to return to the UK home page and restart your activity. You might have to log in again. If you wish to sign up to PayPal, please click the PayPal logo and then click the “Sign up” button."   This is getting extremely tiresome and extremely frustrating, nothing but problems with Paypal especially for issues such as this one, where I cannot see what is wrong at all.   ... Scammed

Hello, I think I have been scammed by this website and I'm unsure now what I can do about it. I have a receipt in my e-mail with all the proof regarding me sending the money and the person receiving it, but I have not receivable the item that I have purchased. The website, now that I have done a little research, seems that it is known for scamming a few people out of their money and they customers have experienced dificulties in trying to contact them afterwards. "Their 24/7 Instant Chat Feature suddenly turns off after payment on their website" "They do not reply to emails" "They do not reply within the games that they sell currency" ----- They also do not disclose any other information about the site, pretty much. I opened a dispute today, around two hours ago now, and for some reason it has been settled? I still don't have my purchased item, nor do I have the money refunded. I can't reopen the dispute as it says that there is one already, even though it is stated as closed on the tab? Does anyone know what I can do about this? I've; - Contacted the seller (msn account, website chat & e-mail account) - Opened a dispute that for some reason has failed ... View more
