Hello, I think I have been scammed by this website and I'm unsure now what I can do about it. I have a receipt in my e-mail with all the proof regarding me sending the money and the person receiving it, but I have not receivable the item that I have purchased. The website, now that I have done a little research, seems that it is known for scamming a few people out of their money and they customers have experienced dificulties in trying to contact them afterwards. "Their 24/7 Instant Chat Feature suddenly turns off after payment on their website" "They do not reply to emails" "They do not reply within the games that they sell currency" ----- They also do not disclose any other information about the site, pretty much. I opened a dispute today, around two hours ago now, and for some reason it has been settled? I still don't have my purchased item, nor do I have the money refunded. I can't reopen the dispute as it says that there is one already, even though it is stated as closed on the tab? Does anyone know what I can do about this? I've; - Contacted the seller (msn account, website chat & e-mail account) - Opened a dispute that for some reason has failed
