After I messed up my phone verification, I'm still unable to get access to my account due to it no longer being able to phone me. I did call the help centre a couple of times but it's made no difference apart from now having a new password. I did find that if I use a different browser I can get access to my account and even made a purchase, however that's only because it didn't try to send the phone verification message. I don't have a second phone so can't change numbers, it's actually a land line. I have tried clearing Cookies and History and doing some things mentioned in a Youtube but of course nothing works. I belive the phone number is blocked and needs resetting. Should I set up another account using different email and bank card? Should I close the Account? although it will probably try and phone me. Any help please.
