TheyCallMeAndy -   Welcome to the Community!   If the payment was refunded to the card (which we're required to do for almost all card transactions), the prepaid card will be able to accept it.  If it couldn't, they would have rejected our attempt to credit it and instead we would have placed the credit in your PayPal account balance. Card issuers tend to build this functionality into even prepaid cards because they understand that a merchant usually has to return the funds in this manner.   It can take up to 48 hours for the card issuer to claim the funds, and then after that, it's up to them how long it is before they apply the credit to your card balance.  Card issuers can choose to take up to 30 days to do this, but it's their own choice as to how long they decide to take.    Thanks!   Adrian ... I started this account with the wrong e-mail, logged in, added my card, and then my account got limited. Just before this, I made the account with the e-mail i meant to use, but i could not remove the card from my other account. I would just like to close this account, quickly and easily.
