You are fully covered by buyer protection. You can open dispute as Item not as described Please note that you need to send the item back to seller on you own expense. PayPal won't reimburse postage cost. make sure that you send it with trackable information i.e. recorded or special delivery becuase PAyPal will ask you to prove that you have sent the item back. Note that you can only open dispute within 45 days of payment being made. Please refer to saftely advise centre on paypal website
