So,,,here is my story..I bought an item on line and went to send a payment,,there was not enough on the credit card I had on file,,so I used my bank account.. only,,it went through TWICE,MY FAULT:),The seller noticed this on the other end and cancelled one and kept the other,which was correct. THEN I go to the bank and I got charged for the CANCELLED transaction as an NSF and now have shell out 42.50$!!!!?!?!?! OMG,,, went to the bank and the teller told me that it was my own fault and that even if the transaction WAS cancelled it will still take out the money out of my account. She said,,go home and check your account,,there should be a credit on your pay pal for that amount...I am SO CONFUSED!! I thought that if a transaction was CANCELLED it was just that CANCELLED,,there was not enough money in the bank for this ,,if this was my fault can you please tell me so I can **bleep** this up and pay the **bleep** bank the 42.50$?
