I had the exact same problem this morning with Kmart. I now have the Pending status, too. The customer service rep wasn't all that helpful, but from what I was able to gather, unless Kmart accepts it, which they won't because the order didn't actually go through on their end (check your order history--it shouldn't be there--my items stayed in the cart, unpurchased), after about 5 business days the Pending transaction will be canceled by PayPal. ... I had a problem this morning with Kmart. I went through the checkout process, logged in to PayPal, and the payment was submitted, however, the order wouldn't complete. Everything sat in my cart. I got the email notification from PayPal stating that I sent money to Kmart, but Kmart has no record of the order. The status does say Pending, however. Does that mean that it will sit there for a period of time before it's automatically cleared as unclaimed? ... View more
