I bought an item on kmart.com and used PayPal as one of the offered there payment options, I received the confirmation from PayPal that my money had been sent and pending now. But kmart didn't complete the order and sent me back to the payment options page, like I didn't pay yet. I don't want to pay again if my money had been sent already. I guess, something went wrong. Can anyone tell me what happens to the pending order if it's not being accepted? Will I get a money refund on my bank account? or PayPal credit? Or how can I cancel this payment? Thanks.
