Yeah - I'd say that's a good representation of their business practices. I have just run into the same thing myself. I just called and cancelled my account. We'll see if it works. I'll never do business with them EVER AGAIN!! Their statements are full of errors and the differences between my online account and the statements they send in the mail are ridiculous. Bill Me Later is an insidious scam. It's turned out to be a very expensive lesson. They should be reported to your state's attorney general - I intend to do that right away.
