I have just spoken with customer services this is apparantly an issue with Royal Mail Postage, it was expected to have been back up and running by 5pm but now they have just been told it will be before the next working day, so I guess it will be anytime before 9am tomorrow. It would be helpful if paypal had a notice board posting these issues somewhere at least then we would not all be chasing our tails. MH
