I purchased a pair of boots (buy it now). I tried to pay for them but then paypal said there was an error and to try again. it didn't work so i waited overnight to see if it had gone through. I tried to pay again and it still didn't come up as a transaction in paypal. I checked my bank account and the payment came out three times. I contacted the seller and they said that the payment hadn't come through at all. The transaction is not coming through to paypal or ebay and has already been taken out of my bank account. How do i go about getting my money back? (the duplicate payments)
