I recently changed banks and I'm trying to get Paypal to authorize my new bank. I know my bank accepts the type of confirmation Paypal uses because I'v doe the same thing a few days ago with Google Adsense. Here is the message I get when I submit the routing and account numbers (which are correct). We were unable to process your bank account registration at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again at a later date. Can anyone help?
