This should be just fine, as long as the email address is still confirmed. If it's not confirmed, confirm it if possible; otherwise, edit the auctions as soon as possible.
If you can't edit the auctions, ask any buyers who have submitted payments to cancel them and re-submit via the Send Money tab to your current email address.
