It sounds as if the organisation has sent you a bit of button coding or email coding that is, regrettably, corrupted or doesn't work. Two options from here:
First, you could contact them and ask for a new email.
Or, you could contact them and just ask for the email address to send the money towards. Then just use the "Send Money" feature to send the payment.
