Hi All, I had goods shipped from Shanghai to Bangalore, India. I had paid for shipping all the way to Bangalore through the Seller (the price I was quoted was the CIF price). Long story short, My goods are in Bangalorea and I am now being charged by a third party shipper who will not release my goods to customs until they get their dough. This shouldn't be happening. Even if this was an honest mistake by the Seller, I feel like it should have been within the Seller's purview. I filed a dispute. I tried to escalate a dispute to get reimbursement for what I see as an unfair charge, and it was reviewed and turned down. This was the reason given: "Our investigation into your claim is complete. As stated in our User Agreement, the claims process only applies to the shipment of goods. It does not apply to complaints about the attributes or quality of goods received. Therefore, we are unable to reverse this transaction or issue a refund. " Now, why did this happen? As far as I'm concerned, the seller did not follow the agreement, and I'm getting charged for it. Thanks in advance, I really want to understand my options. -Rama
