HowDelivering - one leg or two legs h1) By sending donors money as two payments where both are OneLeg; one payment being a few% to the platform as its fee, and the other payment with all the rest directly to the fundraising beneficiary. h2) Or, even if much worse: sending donors money via the fundraising platform (two leg transaction). WhenDelivering - OnTrigger or immediately w1) Sending the money to platform/beneficiary When the platform triggers that action, meaning PayPal is retaining the charged awaiting that order from the platform - and a CancelAll is an option. w2) Or, even if much worse: sending the money immediately.
