NOF- That is a complicated question. If you're operating under the auspices of a non-profit, you would need to be vetted by our compliance department; they're probably going to want some documentation explaining what you're doing. Selling raffle tickets would be considered as gambling (technically, even if it's to a good cause), and that would be against our Acceptable Use Policy. I would encourage you to review that, and towards the bottom is some contact information so you can get in touch with the right departments to really figure out if what you want to do is going to be feasible.
