I am a novice user although I have had my account for some time. Today I received an e-mail saying that I had requested an extra e-mail address to be added to my paypal account and if it wasn't me then my account would be suspended. If I did not want my account to be suspended then I needed to fill in an attached form and send it back. I was on auto pilot filling in the info - address details, bank details etc when I checked the e-mail that it came from ' acount @ ppal . com - which didn't look right so I abandoned my reply and have just tried to log on & there is no mention of the above. Can anyone confirm if this was an attempt to glean info from me in a fraudulent way or will it have been a legitimate email from paypal - help please, thank you
