Bought something on eBay, now seller said I sent p...

So here's what happened. I bid on something on eBay, someone outbid me. After the auction was over, the seller gave me a second chance with a Buy It Now option, which after much thought, I jumped on it. Finished up the whole thing sending payment through the PayPal account that was linked to the auction.   No more than a day later, seller contacts me and says that the money was sent to the wrong account and that I have to ask for a chargeback (which I don't know if I could since the funds came out of my bank account) and send it to the proper account.   I've called PayPal (yes, physically called them, since they can NEVER email be back with any or a decent reponse) and the operator said that the seller needs to correct the situation.   This is the second time I'm getting the runaround from a seller and PayPal. Am I correct to have the seller take care of their own faux pax for linking the incorrect PayPal information to the auction? If's been about 2 weeks now, and there has been no response from either PayPal or the seller at this point.   Any other suggestions? Claim closed, still haven't got what was promised....

So I wasn't getting any correspondence from the seller in my case, so I opened up a dispute. Finally the seller gets back to me, saying that they had finally sent it out. I though that it was ok, so I closed the dispute.   Three weeks later, still haven't got the item.   Seller isn't responding to any of my emails, even though they mentioned that I could just email them if I haven't received the item yet. Apparently, the seller is notorious for not responding to emails and also giving different reasons when a claim is opened up, from some of my Google searches.   Since the dispute was closed, I'm unable to reopen it. Seems like PayPal can't and won't do anything so I can get my money back for this.   I just feel like I've been tricked, and now I'm out the money. Anyone else had this happen?
