My buyer has said she is getting an hourglass when trying to pay and is unable to make payment. I logged onto my account to check and noticed I needed to update my credit card. I did this but she still gets the hourglass when she tries to pay. I have recieved 2 payments since my last conversation with her so I know people are able to make payments. What does the hourglass represent. Thanks
