nelwolf- Sorry to hear that the security key is giving you troubles 😞
Here's what you can do:
When you log in, select "I don't have my Security Key" (you may be doing that anyway)
Confirm your identity, click 'Submit' and then 'Continue'.
This has deactivated your security key.
Once you're in your account, go to your 'Profile' link.
Choose 'My Settings' and 'Update' across from 'Security Key'.
Then chose 'Get security key' under 'Order or activate a security key'.
Finally, finish up the order process to get a new key!
Another option you might want to consider at this point would be our mobile security key. This will allow you to use your cell phone texts in place of the physical key...especially since a replacement key is $29.95. But the choice is up to you.
