I have a customer filing a dispute on a custom designed order. The looked at the products that I offered and decided they wanted something with different colors. Went through fabrics, colors, etc. and she picked. Was sent item and is now stating that it didn't arrive in time even though site states we don't guarantee receipt dates and It's not even an item that we offer so I can't do anything with it. I have tracking to shown when it was received....will she win her dispute?
