I purchased an item from someone, paid for it, then it was lost in the mail. The seller just sent me a refund and PayPal charged me a fee. My understanding was that refunds within 60 days were free. Also, the fee for the refund was really high. The purchase was $95. The fee to me was $4.01. This does not seem to correspond with any of the fee structures I can find. (It equates to 3.9% + $.30) Thoughts/Ideas/Help!
