Why does PP make it so hard to connect to a human? It no longer even offers the option to call and get the 6 digit code to speak with anyone, not that I can find anymore anyway!!! I only have the CS number because I had the presence of mind to keep the number on the rare occasion I got a human. But without the code, it's a 2 to 4 hour wait! Does pp not care about customer satisfaction? It can't always be solved by filing a stupid report or message. Anyway, lately... my card is frequently declined with no explanation as to why, and now everytime I try to use my card online, I have to go thru the security process and when I do answer the questions, or clicks all the required boxes to prove I'm not a freakin robot, it just keeps circling back to the same thing and never lets me connect. This has gone on for weeks. Im so frustrated I could shoot my computer. Why is it so hard to get basic, average customer service without so many complications. I NEED HELP and bottom line I CAN'T GET IT. CAN ANYONE AT ALL, HELP ME get thru to CS or the best way to find out how to help with my frustrating and unnecessary issues that shouldn't be happening in the first place????
