PayPal has become extremely Draconian. It is in effect a monopoly giving it the ability to do whatever it wants to whoever it wants. The founders of PayPal must be disgraced at what PayPal has become today. All of a sudden they made our account "limited" saying that if we do not respond to them within 7 days they would restrict our account. They want propriety information about our suppliers and business that we do not even give to our investors. As a private corporation, PayPal has no right to ask for this information. They are using the excuse that they are "protecting themselves" from fraudulent activity. However we are a registered corporation with the United States government. We must already jump through these hoops for the government. If PayPal is so uncertain of our business, they should talk with the government. Now PayPal is trying to be a government as well? When asked to see background checks of PayPal's employees who view our information, they would not give it to us and yet they call us the customer. Talk about double standards and invasion of privacy. I won't even start with their customer service. PayPal is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I do not recommend individuals to use PayPal and unless their policies change I will tell everyone I meet about the awful experiences I have had with PayPal until the day I die or the day the company goes bankrupt.
