I could go on and on...my complaint today July 1, 2012 is that after requesting to be transferred back to the US from the outsourced call center in India, it took several minutes on hold. FINALLY, I talked to Rick, a supervisor and went through the scenario since I could not view my eBay MasterCard transactions online. I spoke to Rick about figures and transactions and wanted to know specific information so that I could pay off my card by the next Payment Due Date 07/07/2012--I WAS DISCONNECTED!! Hey, Rick you could have called me back since you had my phone number, which was part of my identification to even call about my account. CUSTOMER SERVICE?? It's just plain courtesy!!
